You may be tempted to think I’m full of crap, but our sales figures don’t lie: In our business, e-liquid in very low to zero nicotine strength (6 mg per ml and below) outsells medium-to-high strengths (12 mg and above) by better than a two-to-one margin. Also, considering that literally every single e-liquid manufacturer offers zero-nicotine liquid—and at least one makes only that—it’s safe to say that there would be no supply if the demand did not exist. I personally had quit smoking for two years before I started vaping, and I use zero-nicotine liquid daily.
Vape Shops In Hartfield, VA People are curious by nature. When I first started vaping around the office I got constant looks and questions. You’d think that this would freak me out since I’m a huge introvert, but it was nice to actually talk about vaping since I find it interesting. Plus, you might even convert a few smokers to vaping – which is always a win!
I never had Red Velvet Cake until I was maybe 24 or 25, and it is delicious. Easily one of my top 3 cakes (right behind my wife’s Carrot Cake and my dad’s Chocolate Overload Cake). Fluffy Cake is Red Velvet Cake. Complete with cream cheese frosting. It is the weirdest thing, there is actually mouth hit from this one. I feel like I am eating Red Velvet Cake. It’s like the feeling you experience just after you swallow a bite of the cake, where there is like a thin film of the frosting and bits of cake still in your mouth. Amazing.
Vape culture is having the same growing pains as gaming culture. In both cases, there’s a hardcore community of early adopters who have become intrinsically associated with the technology: For gaming, it’s the basement-dwelling white male nerds; for vaping, it’s the metal-heads with gauged ears and box mods. The hardcore crowd tends to scare away the potential new fans.
I tried the Caramel Apple juice as well. It’s ok. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I feel like this one might grow on me. It may need to age a bit more as well, as there is just a hint of a chemically taste to it.
Compare this to a truly negligible success rate for traditional nicotine replacement therapy like the patch and gum—upon which some pharmaceutical companies hang their hats—and it’s easy to see where the opposition comes from. Perhaps this is why the United States Food and Drug Administration is pushing legislation that will hand the reins of our industry over to Big Tobacco—those staunch guardians of public health—while putting companies like mine six feet under.
There’s always going to be people who are freaked out by vaping and have no issue telling you. I’ve had a few people think that my e cig was a bong or drug related. If the person is up for a real dialog, feel free to explain what your e cig actually is and why you chose to use it over smoking, but if they aren’t, don’t sweat it. You know why you decided to switch, and that’s all that matters.
But the difference is that the ultimate crusade of many vaping evangelists is personal health. If vaping is on the right side of history, it’s about time the electronic cigarette business looks beyond the conventions both literal and figurative, beyond VAPE Magazine and the brick and mortar stores. And that starts with making vaping more accessible.
